"We spent a wonderful week in The Guggle. The 4 double rooms are all of generous size, 2 of which are en-suite and the other 2 share a well appointed shower room. T he kitchen-diner has everything you would need/expect to prepare meals and the table comfortably seats 8 grown adults. The lounge is spacious and has a huge, working open fireplace - perfect for a cosy night in. The cottage itself has a long and varied past and the history of the 'Guggle' room, and its association with the church, is very interesting! A wonderful property in an engaging and historic town."

We stayed at the Guggle with family over our wedding weekend. We were able to host a pre-wedding party as there was plenty of space, and it was the perfect location to get ready on the morning. And the Guggle room proved an ideal cold store for our cake! We found everything we needed in the kitchen, though the electronic hob was a challenge at first. We all had plenty of space in our rooms and the communal areas were spacious. The age and history of the house made our stay even more special

I rented the cottage for my friends hen do and it couldn't have been more perfect. The house is beautful inside and out, very clean, well equipped, and the perfect size for a big group. The house is full of character and the garden is very well kept - making it a lovely place to chill in the sunshine. Emma was a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking process and even left us chocolates and milk for our arrival. As for the cottage's location, it is in walking ditance to a very lovely pub which does beautiful food, and close to a dainty wine bar. Northleach is a really lovely place (very picturesque!) and having a wander around is definitely worth while. Thank you to Emma for allowing us use of The Guggle - I would return in a heartbeat and repeat the whole weekend all over again!
